This is a great tour for people who missed out on the Inca Trail 2d/1n. Enjoy one day visiting the Pisac ruins/Indian market and the Ollantaytambo ruins in the fertile Sacred Valley of the Incas. The second day visit the exquisite Machu Picchu and climb Huaynapicchu to catch fascinating views of the sanctuary and valley below. What a great way to see the stupendous archeological site once lost in time.
You will be met by your guide in your hotel in the morning and drive in private transport to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Our first visit will be of the Pisac ruins (2,972mt/9,751ft) admiring the numerous agricultural terraces and the Intihuatana (sun temple) and more. Then drive down to the town of Pisac and shop in the artisan market with many stalls selling many colorful handicrafts. Thereafter, we drive to Urubamba to eat a delicious buffet lunch. After lunch, we continue to one of the original Inca towns of Ollantaytambo (2792mt/9,160ft) built by the Inca Pachacutec. Visit the archeological site which has many structures such as the Temple of the Sun and more. In the afternoon we board the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes (Mahupicchu Town) (2,080mt/6, 820ft) to spend the night.

Pick up in the early morning from your hotel to take the bus up to the magical Sanctuary. Enjoy a professional guided walking tour of the grand Machu Picchu (2,400mt/7,874ft.). Visit the extraordinary Temple of the Sun, Temple of the Three Windows features huge trapezoidal windows and much more. Then head over to the entrance of Huayna Picchu to climb a narrow path until reaching the top for splendid vistas of Machu Picchu and the valley below. Then return by bus to Aguas Calientes to eat lunch before boarding the train to Poroy. You will be met at the train station by our staff and private transfer to your hotel in Cusco.
